Wild Berry Cafe is a breakfast and lunch restaurant known for warm hospitality, consistent quality, and a great guest experience. We’re growing fast and are looking for a hands-on Front-of-House (FOH) Manager to lead our amazing team and help us deliver memorable service every day.
Position Overview:
As the FOH Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving performance, and maintaining a positive, high-energy environment. You’ll work closely with the owner to keep everything running smoothly—and have the opportunity to grow your career as we expand.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop servers, hosts, bussers, and expediters Ensure smooth daily operations and a clean, welcoming dining room Drive guest satisfaction, loyalty program signups, and positive reviews Manage FOH scheduling and labor to hit targets Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and presentation Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new FOH team members Run weekly FOH meetings and foster a strong team culture
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year FOH supervisory or management experience in a full-service restaurant Strong leadership and communication skills Comfortable coaching team members and holding high standards Positive, problem-solving attitude—even during busy rushes Familiarity with ToastPOS (or similar systems) a plus Reliable, organized, and passionate about hospitality
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
$45,000/year
Performance Bonuses:
