Forest Hills Boulevard, Naples, FL 34113 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with the ability to lead and inspire a team while ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires a passion for the food service industry, along with expertise in managing FOH operations, banquet services, and overall food service management within a club environment. This position reports directly to the Clubhouse Manager. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Check daily staffing levels and adjust where needed based on reservations and room set-up needs Check room set-up against BEO to ensure accuracy Greet members using proper surname and title Provide initial and continuous training of all new employees to include sequence of service, knowledge of menus and Jonas POS. Handle member complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a friendly and professional manner Draw up floor plans and assign stations, communicate reservations and any special request to kitchen Assist in BEO process with Clubhouse Manager Monitor and track employee attendance and tardiness Prepare end of shift reports with accuracy and close out all transactions. Prepare daily sheet for accounting Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products are available for service. Assist Clubhouse Manager in handling and documenting any personnel issues Manage monthly liquor inventory Assist Bartenders, Servers and Bussers as needed due to volume Experience Minimum of 4 years of club experience. Some management experience required. Bachelors Degree with a concentration in Hospitality Management preferred Excellent verbal communication and supervisory skills Professional appearance appropriate for a Country Club Self starter, friendly and outgoing Proficient computer skills including POS systems (prefer Jonas), word and excel Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, push, pull and lift up to 30 lbs Must be willing and able to become ServSafe Manager Certified Salary negotiable.
