Front of House Manager Legends B&G sports bar Naples, FL 34108 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary knowledge and experience in managing both front and back of house operations. This role is essential for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while fostering a positive work environment for our staff. Duties Oversee daily operations of the front of house, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained. Train, develop, and manage staff, providing ongoing support to enhance their skills and performance. Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure smooth communication between the front and back of house teams. Implement training programs focused on customer service excellence and operational efficiency. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal service levels. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and promptness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant. Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business. Qualifications Proven experience in a front of house management role within a restaurant or food service environment, preferably in quick service or fast food settings.
