Hourly General Manager Wingstop Naples, FL 34114 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring a high standard of service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of food management, customer service, and inventory control. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality of our casual dining experience while fostering a positive work environment for staff. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant, bar, or hotel operations to ensure efficient and profitable performance. Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards to guarantee a safe dining experience for customers. Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills in customer service and food management. Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, professional development, and high levels of employee engagement. Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu quality meets the establishment’s standards while managing food costs effectively. Prepare reports on operational performance, including sales metrics, staffing needs, and inventory levels for upper management review. Qualifications Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and food safety practices. Excellent customer service skills with a passion for enhancing guest experiences. Experience in training development to effectively coach team members on best practices in service delivery.
