We are currently hiring Managers of all levels. As a restaurant manager, you’ll be a part of a community that thrives on service. If you are the leader that others want to follow and you enjoy satisfying customer needs by delivering a high quality product and experience in a fast-paced food service environment we want to meet you. We are hiring immediately in our fast food restaurants. General Managers start at $50,000 salaries, plus BONUS. Salaries commensurate with experience. Hourly management positions receive hourly wage plus BONUS.

Responsibilities:

Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant Managing the operations and restaurant staff Deliver high quality products in a clean, professional and safe environment. Maintain day-to-day financial controls Inventory Management Create and manage staff schedules Interview, hire, train and Document staff Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management Management level openings range from shift managers, assistant managers, general managers

Qualifications:

Strong skills in the areas of coaching and training, customer service, organization and planning, The ability to accomplish the sales and profit goals.
