• Proactively manage operations including; inventory, food and beverage management, labor, and security, as well as ensuring brand standards/policies & procedures are followed
• Deliver superior guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare reports for staff, food control, and sales
• Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development Requirements of the Restaurant Assistant General Manager
• 2 years or more Restaurant Management Experience
• Basic knowledge of HR responsibilities such as hiring, training and termination of employees
• Must maintain the highest food quality and cleanliness standards
• Hands-on management style
• Passionate about the hospitality industry
• Great Customer Focus
• Good Food Production Skills
• Current driver’s license
