We’re seeking a hands-on Restaurant Assistant Manager who’s ready to lead a fast-paced team, uphold high operational standards, and deliver consistent quality and hospitality. Assistant managers are required to work at least 2 full working days. Weekends required as needed.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all front-of-house operations, including shift leadership, guest flow, POS troubleshooting, sales tracking, and daily cash handling Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members across multiple service stations—including the Kumo Kumo Dessert Station, Café & Drink Station, Bibimbap Station, and other food preparation stations—to ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency during peak hours Ensure excellent customer service by enforcing Bibimbox policies Ensure smooth dine-in and takeout service by managing order pacing, coordinating station roles, and maintaining clean, well-organized service areas Support new menu launches, seasonal offerings, and in-store promotions that enhance guest experience and drive sales Enforce all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards to maintain full inspection readiness and a compliant, welcoming environment Meet weekly with the Regional Manager to review operational metrics, resolve team issues, and align on performance goals Lead by example to promote Bibimbox’s values, uphold brand standards, and foster a culture of clear communication, accountability, and hospitality

Qualifications:

1+ year of restaurant management experience (full service preferred) Current ServSafe certification (or willingness to become certified during the 90-day Training & Evaluation Period) Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience Strong leadership and communication skills Experience managing high-volume FOH teams Knowledge of alcohol service laws and bar operations (preferred)

Compensation:

You will be compensated on an hourly basis with final annual compensation to be in the range of $20,000 to $60,000 depending on the number of hours worked.
