As Banquet Manager you will be responsible for organizing, managing and directing the banquet department and staff to provide high-quality banquet catering functions. Applies safety fundamentals in all areas of health inspection requirements and operation, including proper use of utensils and equipment. Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage, and labor costs. Provide excellent guest service Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of high school diploma or GED Two years related banquet, catering, restaurant experience preferred Prior hospitality experience REQUIRED, in a hotel setting is preferred. Customer Service experience
