The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and customer service, with the ability to lead a team effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a smooth and efficient front-of-house operation. Responsibilities Manage daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness. Oversee shift management, including staff scheduling and performance evaluations. Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house. Develop and implement training programs for new staff, focusing on customer service excellence and operational efficiency. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care. Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and coordinate with suppliers as needed. Assist in planning and executing catering events, ensuring all details are managed effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Experience in shift management and kitchen operations is highly desirable. Ability to train staff effectively, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Knowledge of catering services is a plus.
