The ideal candidate will have a background in the food industry, particularly in kitchen management and food production, and be passionate about providing outstanding customer service. Duties Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Support team management by collaborating effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly. Help manage inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked and organized. Participate in training new staff members on operational procedures and safety protocols. Contribute to a positive team environment by fostering collaboration and communication among staff. Skills Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices and food production techniques. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices within the restaurant industry. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on helping guests have a positive experience.
