As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Train, supervise, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of customer service. Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure optimal stock levels. Implement and enforce health and safety regulations in compliance with local laws.
