Role:
The Assistant General Manager at Pensacola Slim Chickens will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fine dining establishment. This position is responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and enhancing the overall guest experience. The Assistant General Manager will also be instrumental in implementing strategies to drive revenue and maintain high standards of hospitality. By fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, this role contributes significantly to the restaurant’s success. Ultimately, the Assistant General Manager will help create memorable dining experiences that keep our guests coming back.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and practices. Experience with revenue analysis and financial management.
Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in daily operations and management of the restaurant. Supervise and train staff to ensure exceptional service and adherence to company standards.
