About Us:

Bushwacker’s Landing is a new family-owned waterfront restaurant bringing coastal flavors and vibrant energy to the Perdido Key area. We’re excited to build a powerhouse team from the ground up.

Position Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Chef / Back of House Manager to lead kitchen operations, food quality, staff management, and day-to-day kitchen success.

Responsibilities:

Lead kitchen operations daily (prep, service, closing) Manage food inventory, ordering, and kitchen costs Hire, train, and supervise BOH staff Uphold food safety and sanitation standards Collaborate with ownership on menu development Maintain high food quality and consistency

Qualifications:

3-5+ years experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager Strong leadership and operational skills Comfortable in high-volume, high-energy kitchens ServSafe certified (or willing to become certified)

Bonus:
