Growth Opportunity Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating efforts within the back of house operations
- Ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining restaurant standards and product knowledge. Reporting of all customer complaints to District Management with a sense of urgency.
- Full understanding of all BOH operations including ordering, inventory, scheduling and interviewing
- Maintaining all merchandising standards, display presentations, and signing standards.
