Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff on best practices in customer service and food service management. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food items while maintaining quality standards. Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing and sales tracking. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry. Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example. Knowledge of inventory control processes and kitchen management practices. Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety protocols. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience as a cook is a plus but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
