Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to help the GM oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, food preparation, and team management within the hospitality or food industry.

Duties:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant operations with focus on cleanliness at all times
• Ensure high-quality food preparation and service standards are consistently met
• Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling
• Maintain company policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest concerns promptly
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver top-notch service
• Analyze financial performance and drive profitability
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency

Experience:

• Proven experience in an Assistant Manager or similar role within the culinary or hospitality industry
• Strong background in food preparation, kitchen operations, and shift management
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
• Solid understanding of culinary trends, menu planning, and cost control
