We are seeking a visionary and experienced General Manager to join Hilton Tampa Downtown and Embassy Suites Tampa Convention Center and guide our prestigious hotels to new heights.
As Complex General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring exploration and discovery for our guests, ensuring that their stays are filled with urban adventures and peaceful retreats You will also be responsible for managing daily hotel operations and providing overall leadership in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Complex Hotel General Manager managing a fullservice property with revenue of $75M+ and 500+ rooms.
Strong operational background with a proven track record of driving topline revenue growth and capturing market share.
Proven experience and passion building engaging service cultures, mentoring and developing high performing teams.
Strong commercial acumen with a solid background in financial management and revenue optimization.
Excellent communication skills, public speaking, written and oral, with the ability to customize the message to the audience (guest, team member, owner, and other stakeholders)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing largescale convention or conference operations.
Airline business acumen.
Background in Food & Beverage operations, including activations and amenities.
Hilton brand experience.
