FOH Manager Staff Source, LLC Tampa, FL 33634 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role is critical in ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience while maintaining high standards of food safety and operational efficiency. Duties Lead and manage front-of-house staff, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times. Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste. Implement and enforce food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Handle cash management, including processing transactions and maintaining accurate financial records. Coordinate shift management, ensuring adequate staffing levels and effective scheduling. Train and mentor team members on service standards, menu knowledge, and operational procedures. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house operations. Requirements Proven experience in a leadership role within the food service industry, preferably in a quick-service or fast-food restaurant setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of inventory control processes and food safety regulations. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Proficiency in cash handling procedures and financial management within a restaurant context. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
