Food & Beverage Manager Dynamic Tampa LLC Tampa, FL 33602 Overview SpringHill Suites Tampa, owned and managed by Dynamic Group Management, is actively seeking a Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee the on-site rooftop restaurant and bar. This role supervises all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring efficient service, customer satisfaction, and adherence to safety regulations. Responsibilities include staff management, menu planning, inventory control, cost management, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Supervision and Training:
Hiring, training, and supervising food and beverage staff, including bar staff, servers, and kitchen personnel.
Menu Development and Management:
Planning, developing, and managing menus, including pricing, specials, and ingredient sourcing.
Inventory Control:
Managing inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock.
Cost Control:
Monitoring and managing food and beverage costs, including purchasing, labor, and operating expenses.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service, quality food and beverages, and addressing guest concerns.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to food safety regulations, health standards, and other relevant guidelines.
Financial Objectives:
Meeting financial targets, including revenue generation, profitability, and cost management.
Marketing and Promotion:
Developing and implementing promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
Vendor Relationships:
Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Education:
High School Diploma, or Equivalent.
College Degree, or Work Equivalent Experience:
