Responsibilities Lead and manage the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service delivery to all guests. Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training of front-of-house staff. Implement and uphold food safety standards in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service flow during peak hours. Manage budgeting and financial aspects related to front-of-house operations, including inventory control. Develop and execute catering services as needed for special events or private functions. Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing and sales tracking. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff members. Qualifications Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a fine dining environment. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
