General Manager Position Available In Hillsborough, Florida

General Manager Confidential Tampa, FL 33601 Our company delivers exceptional hospitality experiences to both employees and guests. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee our multi-outlet operation in the Western Florida region . This leadership role is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations, including counter-service food and beverage, retail gift and souvenir sales, and non-motorized boat and bike rentals. The General Manager will lead a diverse team, ensure exceptional guest experience, maintain operational excellence, and meet financial goals. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, a hands-on management style, and a solid background in concessions, hospitality, or recreation-based operations.

Position Summary:

Responsible for the full scope of operations, including financial performance, guest satisfaction, safety compliance, product quality, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team committed to delivering exceptional hospitality Build strong relationships with guests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Monitor and report on financial performance and operational metrics Promote environmental stewardship and ensure regulatory compliance Partner with clients to fulfill all contractual and service obligations Identify, coach, and support staff development and advancement Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in hospitality or concessions management 2-3 years of food and beverage or lodging management experience Minimum of three years of operational or general management experience Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and reporting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
