What You’ll Do:

Operational Excellence Oversee all facets of day-to-day operations with precision and purpose, ensuring smooth service and consistently high standards. Lead by example, promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and impeccable service. Manage and optimize POS systems to streamline operations. Financial Leadership Develop and manage annual budgets, keeping a strategic eye on profitability, cost control, and financial growth. Analyze financial data to drive revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Unforgettable Guest Experiences Manage reservation systems and ensure flawless guest interactions from start to finish. Proactively address guest feedback to continually elevate the dining experience. Inspire a guest-first mentality across the team to exceed expectations at every touchpoint. Team Building & Leadership Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier hospitality professionals. Foster a positive work environment where team members thrive and grow. Conduct regular training and performance reviews to build a high-performing, motivated staff. Menu & Culinary Collaboration Partner closely with the Executive Chef to craft seasonal, forward-thinking menus that tell a story. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between front- and back-of-house teams for seamless service. Quality, Safety & Compliance Champion food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance through regular inspections and rigorous standards. Maintain pristine cleanliness and presentation across the entire restaurant. Marketing & Business Development Launch innovative marketing strategies to attract new patrons and nurture guest loyalty. Build relationships within the local community to position Kosen as a premier dining destination. Inventory & Procurement Oversee inventory management and supplier relations to ensure premium quality and cost efficiency. Implement systems to reduce waste and maintain optimal stock levels. HR & Employee Relations Handle HR matters with professionalism and fairness while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
