House Manager Authority Income Accelerator Tampa, FL 33611 Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and proactive house manager to oversee the upkeep and organization of our home. The ideal candidate is someone who is kind, clean, respectful, organized, proactive and treats our home as if it were their own.

Responsibilities/Tasks to
Accomplish Each Week:
Laundry Load and unload dishwasher Water plants Wipe down all counter surfaces, sink , microwave, table etc… (make sure floors and surfaces are clean every time before leaving) Tidy up the house / organize Take out/ replace trash bags Unpack/pack up any luggage Breakdown boxes and throw away Clean upstairs / organize Organize and clean fridge and pantry Wash all towels 1x a week Check supplies and let us know if we need to order anything / running low 1x
A Month:
Bed:
wash’s sheets and make bed. Empty shark dust bin 1x (tutorial would be provided) Future tasks: ◦ Meal prep (not right away) ◦ Clean and monitor cold plunge ◦ Make sure trash is out every trash day (bring in and out bins)
Additional Notes:
