Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead daily operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. ✅ Oversee staff hiring, training, and development to build a strong, service-driven team. ✅ Manage inventory, food costs, labor, and P&L to maximize profitability. ✅ Ensure top-tier guest experiences with a focus on speed, quality, and hospitality. ✅ Work closely with ownership to drive sales, marketing, and local engagement.
Ideal Candidate:
✔️ 3+ years of RM experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. ✔️ causal dining restaurant experience strongly preferred ✔️ Hands-on leadership style – leads by example on the floor. ✔️ Strong knowledge of P&L, labor management, and team development. ✔️ Open availability
