!! Responsibilities of the Restaurant Assistant General Manager
- Proactively manage operations including; inventory, food and beverage management, labor, and security, as well as ensuring brand standards/policies & procedures are followed
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports for staff, food control, and sales
- Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development Requirements of the Restaurant Assistant General Manager
- 2 years or more Restaurant Assistant General Management Experience
- Basic knowledge of HR responsibilities such as hiring, training and termination of employees
- Must maintain the highest food quality and cleanliness standards
- Hands-on management style
- Passionate about the hospitality industry
- Great Customer Focus
- Good Food Production Skills
- Current driver’s license
