Conduct interviews and hire staff, providing training and development opportunities. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special events and menu offerings. Skills Strong budgeting skills with experience in financial management. Proficient in shift management to optimize staff performance during busy periods. Knowledge of kitchen operations and kitchen management practices. Experience in interviewing candidates and building effective teams. Background in quick service fast food restaurant operations is preferred. Expertise in food service management with a focus on quality assurance. Previous experience in restaurant management, particularly in coffee or hotel settings, is advantageous.
