QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS

2+ years of experience in management required; kava knowledge a plus, but willing to train the right individual. Staff Management & Store Operations Upholding training standards and company policies including all food control and safety regulations Proactively monitor sales analytics & coach kavatenders with sales training Inventory audits, ordering and maintaining bar supplies Cash management (cash drawer, petty cash, deposits) Create employee schedules based on expected customer numbers Implement, uphold, and quickly embrace new processes Community Connection & Events Establish and diversify grassroots events incorporating music, art, crafts, entertainment, festivals, markets, meetups, gatherings, etc. Connect/network with the local community to generate positive bar ethos and environment Advertise the daily, weekly, and monthly promotions of the bar via social media Leadership Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, customer-focused bar, while maintaining an inviting, clean, and comfortable environment Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Establishing and maintaining a positive, welcoming VIBE at your store with particular attention toward music, lighting, and encouraging customer interaction Possess a positive attitude and ethics to support our core values and culture Organizational Excellent written and verbal communication skills to connect effectively with customers, employees, executive leadership, event vendors, and hosts Strong decision-making skills and the ability to effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize resources Polished eye for detail and extreme attention to cleanliness and organization Strong time-management skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize Physical Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced environment Availability Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays 2 week training will occur in SWFL If you are looking for an opportunity to positively engage with your community, give back to others, express yourself and thrive with us, we invite you to apply!
