Has a deep respect for fine Italian cuisine and service traditions
Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume, high-standard environments
Balances operational efficiency with an uncompromising eye for detail
Loves to grow teams, elevate service, and exceed expectations Key Responsibilities Lead all front-of-house operations to consistently deliver 5-star guest experiences
Collaborate with back-of-house and market leadership to ensure seamless flow
Handle guest concerns gracefully and proactively
Drive performance through daily service coaching and quality checks
Monitor labor costs, scheduling, cleanliness, and safety compliance
Create a culture rooted in positivity, hospitality, and accountability Qualifications & Requirements 3+ years of restaurant management experience (fine dining highly preferred)
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine pairings, and upscale guest service
POS and restaurant management software proficiency
Strong interpersonal skills with an eye for team development
Reliable transportation & open availability (including nights, weekends, holidays)
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
Food Safety Manager Certification (or willing to obtain)
Alcohol compliance certification required
Must wear non-slip footwear (not provided) Physical & Sensory Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods with focus and energy
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (below waist, waist level, and overhead)
Navigate stairs and tight service areas with ease
Work in high-heat, cold, humid, and fast-paced environments
Handle allergens (nuts, shellfish, gluten, dairy, etc.) with awareness
Clear hearing, vision, and communication skills essential
