• Overseeing success of events through management of staff
• Assigning and delegating tasks properly to fulfill event logistics
• Guaranteeing day of client satisfaction
• Participating in weekly meetings and communication with executive level management
• Guiding, mentoring, and training hourly employees through ongoing feedback and accountability to uphold Social Catering standards
• Being a liaison between upper management and entry level staff members
• Being a role model for expectations throughout event operations
• Representing company values, goals, and mission statement while leading by example Qualifications Ability to drive a company vehicle AND must have a clean driving record.
• Punctuality and discipline to ensure optimal work performance
• Ability to stand for long hours, every day
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow verbal directions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Critical thinking skills and a high level of problem solving Compensation $15-19 per hour with growth ladder
