Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling costs to maximize profitability. Handle cash management processes, including cash handling procedures and financial reporting. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high service standards. Coordinate banquet services and special events to ensure seamless execution. Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve service offerings. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or as a General Manager in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff alike. Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Experience with banquet planning and execution is a plus.
