The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage staff, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure a high-quality experience for all guests. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including staffing, training, and performance management. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Oversee brewing operations, ensuring tea, ice quality and safety standards are met. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling costs to maximize profitability. Handle cash management processes, including cash handling procedures and financial reporting. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high service standards. Coordinate banquet services and special events to ensure seamless execution. Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve service offerings. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or as a General Manager in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff alike. Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Experience with banquet planning and execution is a plus. A passion for coffee culture is desirable, enhancing the overall guest experience.
