This role involves managing daily operations, staff training, and maintaining high standards in food production and handling.

!!!! Duties Supervise daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and quality service. Train and develop staff in areas including culinary skills, food handling, cash handling, and customer service. Oversee catering services and ensure successful execution of events. Manage kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain inventory levels for food production and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction. Implement operational policies and procedures to improve overall performance. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment. Strong knowledge of food service operations, including food production and kitchen management. Experience in staff training and development is essential. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial management within the restaurant setting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A passion for culinary arts and commitment to maintaining high standards in food quality.
