Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced manager to oversee our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Manage and motivate staff to provide exceptional service
• Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Implement strategies to meet revenue targets and control inventory and labor costs
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Create and maintain a positive dining experience for customers

Qualifications:

• Background in food service (desired)
• Experience as a manager or supervisor
• Familiarity with food safety standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in team management and leadership
• Financial literacy
• Experience with long shifts
• Success with customer service
