This role is pivotal in supporting the Owners in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with experience in both casual dining and quick service fast food environments. This position requires a passion for culinary excellence, team development, and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests. Duties Assist the Owners in managing daily operations of the establishment. Oversee staff performance, providing training development and support to enhance skills and efficiency. Manage kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. Collaborate with bartenders to maintain an exceptional bar experience for guests. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new staff members. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Implement marketing strategies to promote special events or menu items. Experience Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong background in bartending, kitchen management, or culinary arts is highly desirable. Experience in training development and team leadership is essential. Familiarity with quick service fast food restaurants as well as fine dining establishments is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
