Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the front of house area, including the dining room, bar, and host/host station
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Train and supervise front of house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses
• Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and maximize revenue
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies, such as menus, napkins, and condiments
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in team management and able to motivate and inspire staff members
• Experience with interviewing, hiring, and training front of house employees
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and menu development is a plus
