In this role, you’ll lead daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, with potential travel for training at sister stores. You’ll uphold company standards in product preparation, customer relations, facility maintenance, inventory management, and team leadership, focusing on recruitment and retention. With a commitment to financial accountability, you’ll ensure every customer receives top-quality products and services. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Travel may be required for training at sister stores in other states. Uphold company standards across all areas, including:

- Inventory management
- Team leadership, recruitment, and retention
- Financial accountability Ensure every customer receives top-quality products and services.
