We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Dining Room Manager to join our Food & Beverage leadership team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, team development, and delivering memorable experiences every day. What You’ll Be Doing As Dining Room Manager, you will be the face of our dining operations—leading by example, elevating service standards, and building lasting relationships with members and staff. Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Oversee daily F&B service with a strong, visible presence during lunch and dinner Open or close dining operations in line with established Manager-on-Duty (MOD) guidelines Lead daily pre-service lineups and supervise all dining room service staff Foster a culture of hospitality, excellence, and accountability among the team Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new and returning team members Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on menu knowledge, service techniques, customer care, and more Enter daily menus and specials into POS and the Member App Partner with the F&B Director, Executive Chef, and other Club leaders to ensure the highest level of service and member satisfaction Handle member/guest concerns with professionalism, following up and documenting actions taken Maintain proper dress code standards for both staff and members Ensure closing duties and manager reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner Track key dining metrics including cover counts, check averages, and labor costs Enforce SOPs for revenue generation and cost control What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a professional who brings both leadership and a love for hospitality—someone who thrives in a team setting, communicates with clarity, and makes people feel welcome.
