As Assistant Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for ourexciting, multi units, high-volume shipboard Beverage Operation andoversee its multicultural world-class team. You will be responsiblefor assisting Operation of our state of the art ship?s (allbars/lounges, restaurants, venues and crew dining areas). Career Snapshot:
  • Supervising three to seven employees who each lead a team offorty to seventy crew members; directing, coaching, supporting, andevaluating to ensure continuous and accurate bar service operationand a motivated team
  • Training employees on aspects of service and selling techniques,cost reduction, and on-the-job training for employees as needed
  • Consistently improving revenue generation through promotions andother relevant efforts, to increase sales in order to meet/exceedexpectations
  • Successfully identifying expense reduction opportunities throughcost control, and maintaining all ship’s bars, lounges, servicebars and bar storage areas (as well as outer island bars andstorage) while ensuring compliance with health and safetystandards
  • Maintaining shipboard outlets: Ensuring bars are sufficientlystocked with supplies, recording production and operational data ineach area, and approving and overseeing inventories, bar parlevels, transfers, cocktail parties, and opening.
