Assistant Kitchen Manager Beaches Bar and Grill 4299 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33140 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering exceptional food service to our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring all food service needs are met. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs promptly. Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure the highest quality of food is served. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours. Buss tables and assist with dishwashing as needed to maintain a clean dining environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling practices is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
