Entry Level AT&T Assistant Manager:

Assist in executing AT&T’s sales goals, ensuring key performance metrics are met at personal, team, and organizational levels Contribute to the daily operations of the company, including taking sales meetings, closing sales deals, and troubleshooting customer complaints Participate in team leadership development- onboarding, training, and team mentorship initiatives to ensure high sales performance and continuous development Track and monitor individual and team performance, motivating fellow junior staff to ensure sales and revenue targets are met Act as the point of contact between cross-functional departments and senior management, offering support while identifying areas for improvement Qualifications of an
