Position Summary As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for our exciting,multi-unit, shipboard Beverage Operation while overseeing itsmulticultural world-class team. You will be responsible forassisting the Bar Manager in the Operation of our state of the artships (all bars/lounges, restaurants, venues, and crew diningareas). In addition, you will have the opportunity to travel theworld while working for a top global employer of choice. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all ships’ bars,lounges, service bars and bar storage areas
• Supervising, Coaching, Supporting and evaluating the performanceof all direct reports
• Approval and oversight all bar requisitions, inventories, bar parlevels, transfers, cocktail parties, time and locations, costcontrol, opening/closing bar hours, and working schedules
• Responsible for cost containment through the proper use, handlingand maintenance of records, reports, supplies and equipment
• Improving and maintaining sales and profitability whileaddressing /reducing guest complaints
