As Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for our exciting,multi units, high-volume shipboard Beverage Operation and overseeits multicultural world-class team. You will be responsible forOperation of our state of the art ship?s (all bars/lounges,restaurants, venues and crew dining areas). Our multi-milliondollar beverage operation is an integral part of our success, andthis fast-paced division provides a challenging and rewardingprofessional environment.   • Supervising a staff of up to 140 crewmembers; directing,coaching, supporting, and evaluating to ensure continuous andaccurate bar service operation and a motivated team
  • Managing the financial aspects of the bar operation, includingthe successful identification of expense reduction through costcontrol, while ensuring the continuous and accurate participationof the bar service operation
  • Creating innovative ways to maintain bar cost at reasonablelevels without affecting quality and standards and collaborateswith the Inventory Manager to ensure the highest quality, deliveryand storage of all bar items
  • Training and monitoring all levels of bar team members for properskill and service, while providing on-the-job training tostrengthen their current performance and preparation for possibleadvancement to promotional positions
  • Monitoring bar items, set-up, as well as service and presentationto ensuring top guest satisfaction
  • Through excellence in leadership, also consistently supportingRoyal Caribbean International’s Gold Anchor standards.
