Job Summary:
Crumbl Cookies seeks a highly motivated, hands-on Bakery Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our location. As a key team member, the Bakery Manager will ensure smooth store operations, team productivity, and consistent Crumbl-quality cookies every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bakery operations, including production, staffing, cleanliness, and inventory. Lead and motivate a team of bakers and front-of-house staff to ensure high performance. Maintain compliance with all health and food safety regulations. Train, schedule, and supervise team members, promoting a positive and efficient work environment. Monitor product quality and ensure Crumbl brand standards are met. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Manage ordering, inventory, and waste control to meet budget and reduce loss. Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed accurately and consistently.
Requirements:
Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed. Manager’s Food Safety Certification is required (must be completed and current). , QSR, or similar food service environment. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
