Duties Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive work environment. Develop and implement training programs for new hires focusing on food handling, cash handling, and service excellence. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create seasonal menus that highlight quality ingredients and innovative dishes. Ensure that all guest interactions reflect the highest standards of hospitality. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. Address guest feedback promptly to enhance overall satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in casual or fine dining settings. Strong training development skills to effectively onboard and mentor staff. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage pairings is a plus. Proficient in cash handling procedures with a focus on accuracy. Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and team members alike. Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering teamwork and collaboration.
