Front Desk & Assistant Manager – Dance Studio Position 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars Miami, FL 33196 Overview We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to our clients while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:

As our Front Desk – Assistant Manager , you’ll be the friendly face that greets families and dancers each day and a key part of helping our studio run smoothly. Candidate will handle everything from customer service and class check-ins to assisting with studio communications, staff coordination, and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to our clients while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet students, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and helpful manner Manage student check-in and registration processes Process payments, class sales, and merchandise transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of front lobby and desk area Assist studio owner with scheduling, staff communications, and planning Support event coordination (recitals, intensives, showcases, etc.) Help manage day-to-day operations including supply inventory and facility needs Provide coverage and support for instructors as needed, including taking photos and videos while in class Uphold and help enforce studio policies with kindness and consistency

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous customer service and/or office experience (dance or fitness studio a plus) Strong communication and multitasking skills A positive, team-player attitude Experience with scheduling or studio software (e.g., Mindbody, Momence, or similar) Availability during evenings and Saturday Bilingual is required. A love for dance and kids!

Job Type:
Part-time Pay:

$20.00 – $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 per week
