Miami, FL 33132 Overview As a Front of House Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dining area and customer service within a restaurant or hospitality establishment. General Managers, FOH Managers

• Must have minimum 3 years experience in fine dining, high volume Duties
• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including managing staff, scheduling, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Train and supervise front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer inquiries
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow
• Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area Skills
• Must have strong leadership skills and abilities.
• Ability to manage, lead, train, and develop people.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must be dependable, reliable and motivated.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must be able to work 55+ hours per week (Weekends, days, nights, holidays).
• Must be outgoing, personal, and reliable with a strong sense of hospitality.
