The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, particularly in casual dining environments. This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire and manage a team while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The General Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards in culinary quality, service, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and addressing guest concerns promptly. Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations; conduct interviews to build a strong team. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability. Monitor inventory levels, manage supply orders, and control costs to maximize profitability. Collaborate with culinary staff to create innovative menu items that align with market trends.. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and employee retention. Experience Proven experience in restaurant management with a focus on fine dining or casual dining settings. Strong culinary background with knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques. Experience in bartending is a plus; understanding beverage management is essential. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff at all levels. Proficient in using POS systems for operational management; familiarity with various restaurant software is advantageous.
