Position Overview:
Las’ Lap Miami is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our flagship South Beach location. This role is ideal for a high-performing hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to drive both business results and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of all Las’ Lap Miami outlets, including the restaurant, rooftop, bar, and café
- Lead, manage, and motivate FOH and BOH teams to deliver world-class service
- Partner with ownership and Chef Kwame to maintain seamless alignment between culinary vision and guest experience
- Drive revenue, manage costs, and ensure profitability across all departments
- Create and uphold SOPs and standards aligned with Las’ Lap’s brand identity
- Build a performance-driven culture focused on hospitality, accountability, and growth
- Coordinate with marketing, events, and PR teams to activate and program the space
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of hospitality management experience, preferably in high-volume or nightlife-driven venues
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 40+ staff
- Strong financial acumen—labor controls, P&L management, budgeting
- Experience launching or opening venues preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for Caribbean culture, culinary excellence, and elevated hospitality a must
