Duties Oversee daily operations of the restaurant or hotel, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Manage staff schedules, including shift management to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Supervise food preparation processes to ensure quality and consistency in menu offerings. Collaborate with culinary staff to develop new menu items that align with customer preferences and seasonal trends. Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing, inventory management, and sales tracking. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster professional growth and enhance team efficiency. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness and operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel or restaurant management roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food management, and food service operations. Familiarity with POS systems and their application in daily operations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
