The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotel and restaurant management. This role requires a passion for culinary excellence, food safety, and exceptional customer service. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of food preparation and service, and leading a team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Duties Oversee daily operations of the restaurant or hotel, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Manage staff schedules, including shift management to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Supervise food preparation processes to ensure quality and consistency in menu offerings. Collaborate with culinary staff to develop new menu items that align with customer preferences and seasonal trends. Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing, inventory management, and sales tracking. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster professional growth and enhance team efficiency. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness and operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel or restaurant management roles is preferred.
