Food & Beverage P&S Manager:
Coordinates resources to support operational Product & Services implementation in Resorts, providing support, expertise, methods and coaching (auditing, monitoring, diagnosis, action plan and follow-up with Resort F&B teams). Monitors the performance of the F&B departments (qualitative, quantitative, and compliance) to identify priorities for improvement. Define the compliance framework for the F&B Product & Services, ensuring continuous updates or evolutions of standards with the associated documentation, in line with global Club Med standards and local initiatives. Contributes to the development of the HR pool of Talents by identifying resources and providing support within their development path. Validate the HR-related skills within the F&B sector and enhance Club Med’s attractiveness as an employer for F&B professionals. Plans and lead strategic projects related to the evolution of the Club Med Food & Beverage experience. Design and deploy new concepts to innovate in line with evolving clientele expectations and the market / competition. Identify and implement the technical specifications and distinctive features of F&B to be integrated throughout the development process for renovation, extension or new resorts. Coordinate the Asset Management of the F&B department: Infrastructure, Hygiene and safety, Equipment, Hospitality materials.
Key Responsibilities and Scope:
The scope of the role covers North America, Mexico and the Caribbean, with a strong participation and involvement at the global level Overseas operational implementation across the Resorts Manages the performance of the Food & Beverage Product & Services Designs innovations and product evolutions of the Food & Beverage perimeter Manages functionally the Resorts F&B Managers. Main Missions and Responsibilities Implementation and Optimization of Product and Services Ensures the correct application of Product standards and qualitative consistency across the full F&B offer delivered in resort Manages the qualitative and financial performance of F&B services Coordinates commercial & strategic actions related to F&B in-resort sales and ancillary revenues performance by implementing clear guidance, tracking and monitoring tools Coordinates the regular update of product standards and associated documents to ensure compliance control by operational divisions Ensures the development of functional specifications for procurement (supplier and subcontractor tenders) Ensures competition monitoring proposes innovative concepts, based on client expectations Defines for each development project (renovation, new construction, takeover resorts) specifications for F&B Budget Ensure with the F&B resorts department the respect and monitoring of the allocated budgets and validated forecasts Anticipates and ensures proper valuation of F&B product evolutions Human Resources Supports the BU priorities (recruitment, employer brand, training, etc.) Assists in the design of educational programs (co-construction of learning paths as modules) to upskill Resort teams in line with product implementation and evolutions Ensures the participation of team members in development sessions for their respective business units Identifies and anticipates the impacts of F&B product evolutions on human resources (framework, required skills, etc.) and participates in coordination meetings (talent pool review, allocation, etc.) Product Communication Ensures coordination and communication with the Product Information team and the Product Marketing teams regarding adaptations or changes and new developments or evolutions in the F&B division (standards adaptations, new products, renovations, new resorts, product/service discontinuations, etc.) Management Manages functionally the F&B Managers in NAM resorts with full alignment of the CDV Defines roadmaps for each team member Sets objectives aligned with the strategy and priorities, and supports the team in their skill development
