RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Regional Manager, you play a pivotal role in overall performance of restaurant(s) within your designated territory. You will provide leadership, strategic direction, and support to ensure operational efficiency, exceptional guest experiences, and financial success. Oversee day-to-day operations of all restaurants within the territory, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management teams and staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to foster a positive and productive work environment. Analyze reports and key performance indicators to monitor performance and identify areas for optimization. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as food quality standards and industry best practices. Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any regulatory issues or requirements. Address vendor-related issues such as delivery times, new products, and inventory levels.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 4+ years of proven experience as a restaurant manager or regional manager in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of restaurant operations, industry trends, and best practices. Flexibility to travel within the region as needed.
